It all began in Greece with the Mediterrean Sea as the background. Dimitri Papageorgiou's father shared stories and expertise with him at a young age about wine while catching crab from the sea--and years later those lessons have traveled with him to the United States. In 1984, Dimitri launched Dimitri Wine & Spirits, Inc. With a vast assortment of wine and beer available for distribution, Dimitri and his staff are known for their vast knowledge of wine, those who make it and those who drink it.
