This is a great Cabernet Sauvignon as a cocktail hour wine and also pairs well with many fine foods. This versitility comes from bold, yet smooth tannin structure, great fruit flavors, nicely balanced acidity and excellent mouth feel. Fruit flavors of cherry, blueberry, and cassis with notes of clove and black licorice make this wine a great wine to pair with savory foods.
